How much notice is required to terminate or pause my membership?

We require at least 7 days’ notice before the start of your next billing cycle.

Can I restart my membership after termination?

Yes, you may re-enroll at any time, subject to availability.

Do I need to upload any documents?

Yes, please upload a valid ID and provide your digital signature for verification.

Will I get a refund for unused classes?

Refunds are not provided for unused classes. Please see our Cancellation Terms.

Can I take a temporary break instead of full termination?

Yes, you may request a temporary break. Please specify your expected return date in the form.
