SUMMER CAMP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Enrollment and Registration
1.1. Enrollment in the Summer Camp is confirmed only upon receipt of a completed registration form and full payment of applicable fees.
1.2. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
1.3. All information provided by parents/guardians must be accurate and complete.
2. Fees and Payment Policy
2.1. All camp fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.2. Fees are non-refundable except under circumstances determined solely by the Company.
2.3. The Company reserves the right to revise fees, schedules, or programs with prior notice.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, absences, or early withdrawals once the camp session has begun.
3.2. In case the Company cancels the camp or a session, a partial or full refund may be provided at the Company’s discretion.
3.3. Missed days cannot be rescheduled or compensated.
4. Health and Safety
4.1. Parents/guardians must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special needs at the time of registration.
4.2. The Company is authorized to seek medical treatment for the child in case of emergency, and all related costs shall be borne by the parent/guardian.
4.3. Children who are unwell or show symptoms of contagious illness must not attend camp.
5. Behavior and Discipline
5.1. Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other children.
5.2. The Company reserves the right to remove any child from the camp without refund for misconduct, disruptive behavior, or violation of rules.
5.3. Any damage caused by a participant to property or equipment may be charged to the parent/guardian.
6. Liability Waiver
6.1. While all reasonable care will be taken, the Company shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during camp activities.
6.2. Participation in camp activities is at the parent/guardian’s risk.
6.3. The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
7. Activity Changes and Force Majeure
7.1. The Company reserves the right to modify, substitute, or cancel activities due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, facility issues, or safety concerns.
7.2. The Company shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure).
8. Photography and Media Consent
8.1. The Company may take photographs or videos during camp activities for promotional or educational purposes.
8.2. By enrolling, parents/guardians grant permission for such use unless a written objection is submitted in advance.
9. Drop-off and Pick-up Policy
9.1. Parents/guardians must adhere to designated drop-off and pick-up times.
9.2. Only authorized individuals listed in the registration form may pick up the child.
9.3. Late pick-up may result in additional charges.
10. Personal Belongings
10.1. Participants should not bring valuable items to camp.
10.2. The Company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items.
11. Compliance with Rules
11.1. Parents/guardians and participants agree to abide by all camp policies, rules, and staff instructions.
11.2. The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
12. Governing Law
12.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws.
12.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By registering for the Summer Camp, the parent/guardian acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
